Job summary

Cogency Global is seeking an experienced Learning & Organizational Development Partner to shape how employees, managers, and leaders learn, grow, and perform. This senior, hands-on individual contributor will partner with leaders to identify performance needs, design practical learning solutions, and measure impact across Cogency University initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in learning and development, organizational development, talent development, or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to design, develop, facilitate, and evaluate learning solutions independently.
• Strong experience with manager, leadership, operations, sales, and enterprise learning programs.
• Knowledge of adult learning, instructional design, change management, and organizational development principles.
• Strong facilitation, consulting, writing, project management, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to identify performance and organizational needs.
• Design and deliver learning programs across leadership and enterprise priorities.
• Create engaging learning experiences using various modalities and formats.
• Develop facilitator guides, e-learning, videos, assessments, and tools.
• Facilitate virtual workshops for diverse teams and regions.
• Build leadership capabilities in coaching, feedback, and change leadership.
• Measure learning effectiveness and iterate programs based on results.
• Support scalable learning pathways, governance, and curriculum architecture.
