• 7+ years of progressive experience in learning and development, organizational development, talent development, or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to design, develop, facilitate, and evaluate learning solutions independently.
• Strong experience with manager, leadership, operations, sales, and enterprise learning programs.
• Knowledge of adult learning, instructional design, change management, and organizational development principles.
• Strong facilitation, consulting, writing, project management, and stakeholder-management skills.

Cogency Global is seeking an experienced Learning & Organizational Development Partner to help shape how our employees, managers, and leaders learn, grow, and perform.This is a senior, hands-on individual contributor role for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution. You’ll partner with leaders and subject matter experts to identify performance and organizational needs, design practical learning solutions, facilitate engaging programs, and measure their impact. You’ll also play an important role in building the learning standards, curriculum, and infrastructure that will support the future development of Cogency University.

Responsibilites

• Partner with leaders, managers, employees, and subject matter experts to identify performance, capability, leadership, and organizational needs.
• Design and deliver learning programs across leadership and manager development, operations, sales, professional skills, onboarding, and other enterprise priorities.
• Create engaging learning experiences using virtual instructor-led, digital, blended, cohort-based, and on-the-job approaches.
• Develop facilitator guides, e-learning, videos, assessments, job aids, manager tools, and other learning resources.
• Facilitate engaging virtual workshops for employees, managers, leaders, sales teams, and operational teams.
• Build manager and leadership capabilities in coaching, feedback, performance management, engagement, decision-making, and change leadership.
• Partner with subject matter experts to transform complex information into practical, easy-to-use learning experiences.
• Support organizational and change initiatives that improve alignment, collaboration, accountability, and effectiveness.
• Measure learning effectiveness and use feedback and business results to continuously improve programs.
• Help establish scalable learning pathways, standards, governance, and curriculum architecture that support Cogency’s continued growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in learning and development, organizational development, talent development, performance consulting, instructional design, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience assessing business needs and independently designing, developing, facilitating, and evaluating learning solutions.
• Strong experience with manager, leadership, operational, sales, professional development, or enterprise learning programs.
• Knowledge of adult learning, instructional design, performance consulting, change management, and organizational development principles.
• Strong facilitation, consulting, writing, project management, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and influence across functions, levels, cultures, geographies, and time zones.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, LMS platforms, e-learning/authoring tools, virtual facilitation, video, survey, and collaboration technologies.
