Performance Food Group seeks a Senior Manager, Learning Business Partner to serve as a strategic learning consultant between Central Learning & Development and business leaders. You will identify capability needs, diagnose performance challenges, and design training interventions to boost performance and adoption of enterprise learning solutions.

You will coordinate Learning Council operations, promote enterprise program adoption, and ensure governance across federated learning initiatives while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years in Learning & Development or related field.
• Experience consulting with business leaders to translate needs into solutions.
• Experience designing and developing learning interventions.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and SMEs.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted partnerships with business leaders and L&D teams.
• Translate business priorities into learning requirements and plans.
• Lead discovery conversations and needs analyses for solutions.
• Evaluate performance challenges and prioritize solutions.
• Design and implement learning interventions using multiple modalities.
• Pilot solutions, gather feedback, and support implementation.
• Develop scalable, compliant learning solutions with stakeholders.
• Promote enterprise learning adoption and governance.
• Manage Learning Council activities and governance processes.
• Analyze learning demand, outcomes, and investments for leadership reviews.
