Job summary

The Learning & Development Partner collaborates with agency leaders to assess, design and deliver training programs that enhance employee knowledge, skills and abilities. This role ensures learning initiatives align with agency goals, regulatory requirements, and best practices in adult learning while building strong relationships with leadership.

You will gather information from the agency, simplify it, package it into right-sized solutions, and deliver training using multiple modalities.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Education, Business, or related field.
• Plus, 2 years of experience in education, instructional design, training, HR, or program management.
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Master’s degree preferred in Organizational Development, Education, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with agency leaders, division leaders and employees to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver timely, relevant training projects.
• Identify training requirements and provide data-driven recommendations to support division performance.
• Conduct needs assessments using data, metrics, and stakeholder input to identify skill gaps and learning solutions.
• Design and develop training for complex tax systems, policies, and workflows.
• GATHER information from SMEs to ensure accuracy and alignment of learning resources.
• Develop and implement instructor-led, virtual, self-paced, and blended learning interventions.
• Facilitate training using multiple modalities with engaging methods.
