Job summary

Graybar, a leading distributor, is seeking an Account Representative to serve key accounts and solicit new business, driving sales and profitability. You will implement strategy to grow revenue, present products, and resolve client inquiries while maintaining strong relationships.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years of related experience and preferably a 4-year degree, with strong communication and negotiation skills, and familiarity with RFIs and RFPs.

Qualifications

• 1+ years related experience required.
• 4 year degree preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposals (RFP)

Responsibilities

• Implement strategy to increase sales and profits from key accounts.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity.
• Handle customer needs and requests, give presentations on new products, answer questions on products and Company services.
• Attain or exceed sales and profit budget.
• Assist Financial Department in resolving claims and other issues.
