Univar Solutions is seeking an I+S Key Accounts Sales Support Manager in the United States to drive profitability and customer retention. You will lead pricing governance, analytics, and contract execution while guiding a team of sales support specialists and collaborating with Key Account Managers and cross‑functional partners.

You will oversee systems like Salesforce and CADB, and drive process improvements across reporting, data quality, and customer experience in a fast‑paced environment.

Formación

• 6-8 years of experience in customer solutions, marketing, sales, or related roles required; experience in customer operations with a history in customer service/sales and customer support transformation preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; not required

Responsabilidades

• Provide commercial leadership and analytical support across pricing governance, margin performance, customer pricing programs, forecasts, and contract execution to improve profitability, customer retention, and commercial effectiveness
• Serve as a trusted partner to Key Account Managers, Sales, customers, and cross‑functional stakeholders by overseeing customer support activities, account administration, reporting, escalations, and issue resolution to strengthen customer satisfaction and retention
• Own and continuously improve Key Accounts systems, tools, reporting platforms, and operational processes, including Salesforce, CADB, Bid Management tools, and customer portals, to enhance productivity, data integrity, compliance, and customer experience
• Lead strategic initiatives, special projects, and executive reporting efforts that support business planning, operational effectiveness, customer retention, and long‑term growth objectives
