Univar Solutions is seeking an I+S Key Accounts Sales Support Manager to drive growth, sales efficiency, and customer satisfaction within the Key Accounts function. You will lead a team, oversee pricing administration, contracts, reporting, and cross-functional alignment to deliver business results.

The role requires strong leadership, SAP/Salesforce proficiency, and a collaborative approach across Sales, Product Management, Supply Chain, and Customer Solutions.

Formación

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
• Strong SAP expertise and experience utilizing enterprise systems for commercial operations.
• Advanced Salesforce CRM knowledge, including case management, reporting, and analytics.
• Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity and make strategic decisions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results.
• Customer-focused leadership with emphasis on operational excellence.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Key Accounts Sales Support function and drive productivity and service levels.
• Provide commercial leadership across pricing governance, margin performance, and forecasts.
• Oversee customer support activities, account administration, reporting, and issue resolution.
• Own and improve key Accounts systems and processes (Salesforce, CADB, Bid tools).
• Lead strategic initiatives and executive reporting to support growth objectives.
