Job summary

DPR Construction, including OES Equipment, is seeking a Key Customer Account Sales Representative in Austin to manage and grow assigned key accounts as a trusted partner. You'll coordinate with internal teams to ensure order fulfillment, service delivery, and issue resolution while leveraging product and construction industry knowledge to strengthen retention.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales, account management, or customer-facing experience.
• Experience with construction supply and rental equipment is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, construction management, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for assigned key accounts and build long-term relationships.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, expanding the network of relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams for accurate procurement, delivery, service, and billing.
