Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a Key Customer Account Sales Representative in Anaheim, CA. This role focuses on managing strategic accounts, driving growth through upselling and cross-selling, and aligning solutions with customer needs.

You will coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment, service delivery, and issue resolution while applying construction industry knowledge to strengthen client retention and account performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5 years of sales/account management or customer-facing roles.
• Construction supply and rental equipment knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for assigned key accounts and maintain long-term relationships.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to grow the account network.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure procurement, delivery, service, and billing accuracy.
