Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manages and develops assigned key customer accounts as a trusted partner and advocate.
• Supports account growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Coordinates with internal teams to ensure procurement, delivery, service and billing accuracy.
• Tracks and reports on account performance metrics and partnership opportunities.
• Resolves service or delivery issues and communicates updates and recommendations.
