Job summary

DPR Construction's OES Equipment division seeks an Inside Sales Representative to manage customer inquiries, sales orders, and fulfillment, acting as the primary internal contact to ensure accurate processing and timely problem resolution. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of related experience in inside sales, customer service, or sales operations.
• 2-4 years of experience in construction supplies, equipment industry, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages customer interactions throughout the order lifecycle, including inquiries, quoting, order processing, fulfillment, and issue resolution.
• Creates and maintains accurate sales quotes, sales orders, invoices, and rental or re-rental contracts in accordance with established standards.
• Coordinates purchasing activities for inventory, drop-ship items, re-rented equipment, and site services in alignment with procurement guidelines.
• Supports inventory, equipment, and receiving activities by maintaining accurate records, following inventory control procedures, and resolving discrepancies.
• Collaborates with outside sales representatives and branch leadership to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Leverages product and equipment knowledge to support customer decision-making and resolve service-related issues.
• Prioritizes daily tasks and manages time effectively to consistently meet service standards.
