Undergraduate degree in a related field is required.
8+ years in strategic account management or related roles.
Experience managing accounts with $15M–$50M+ revenue.
Deep logistics and supply chain expertise across complex industries.
Strong executive presence with ability to influence senior Leaders.
Travel willingness and remote work adaptability are expected.

Responsabilités

Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive retention and revenue growth.
Maintain executive-level relationships as trusted advisor and primary strategic contact.
Lead business reviews and quarterly alignment meetings to assess performance and opportunities.
Partner with customers to develop growth roadmaps and continuous improvement initiatives.
Identify and pursue expansion opportunities across services and geographies.
