Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a high-impact Key Account Executive in the US with a hybrid work setup. You will manage large, complex accounts, negotiate contracts, and build strategic relationships with senior decision-makers to meet sales quotas and maximize margins through value-added, long-term solutions.

This role requires a hunter mentality, travel up to 30%, and proven experience in electronic distribution.

Qualifications

• 5 years of key account manager experience or general or field sales management experience in the electronic distribution industry.
• Proficiency with data, SFDC, Excel, and PowerPoint presentations.
• Excellent presentation skills are a must.
• Has previously managed a territory or accounts up to $125 million.
• Must be able to travel at least 30%.

Responsibilities

• Quotations and contract negotiations: plan, manage, and oversee all the RFQ’s signed off within their assigned customers.
• Ensure RFQ activities and strategies are established, communicated, addressed, and agreed upon within Arrow guidelines.
• Directly participates in the review and negotiation of significant contracts.
• Assist in reviewing customer requests to ensure amendments to terms and conditions.
• Ensure Arrow and customer departments have information for seamless renewals/negotiations.
• Understand Arrow’s market share and top competitors in assigned territories.
• Maintain and grow share within each assigned account.
• Develop strategic relationships at the highest levels of organizations.
• Interface with suppliers to update demand creation progress via meetings/reviews.
• Build relationships with supplier reps/managers for future product development and supply chain information.
