Qualifications

• 5 years of key account manager experience or general or field sales management experience in the electronic distribution industry.
• Hunter mentality and ability to build influential relationships with customers.
• Experience with distribution and complex major accounts.
• Willingness to travel at least 30%.
• Proficiency with data, SFDC, Excel, and PowerPoint presentations.

Responsibilities

• Quotations and contract negotiations: plan, manage, and oversee all RFQ’s signed off within assigned customers.
• Negotiate significant contracts and review customer requests for terms and conditions amendments.
• Ensure information flow across Arrow and customer teams for seamless renewals and negotiations.
• Understand Arrow’s market share and top competitors in the territory and identify business opportunities.
• Develop strategic relationships with senior stakeholders and leverage supplier relationships to grow sales and margins.
• Lead cross-functional teams and act as a best-practice resource in the account.
