Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Key Account Executive in the United States. You will act as the single point of contact for major, multi-location customers, driving strategic account plans and long-term value through solutions selling and relationship management.

You’ll coordinate cross-functional resources, negotiate contracts, and work toward meeting sales quotas while pursuing high-visibility opportunities across complex accounts.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a minimum of 12 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 8 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent related experience.
• Expert in own area and recognized within the organization.
• Specialized depth and breadth of expertise.
• Interprets business issues and recommends solutions.
• Solves complex problems and takes a broad perspective.

Responsibilities

• Serving as the SPOC for large, multi-location Arrow customers and managing strategic accounts.
• Lead a strategic account planning process with mutual objectives and milestones.
• Execute solutions selling with an advanced knowledge of Arrow’s supply chain and design processes.
• Develop influential relationships at manager, senior management, and C-level levels.
• Partake in a sales compensation plan with variable OTE tied to goals.
