Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a seasoned Key Account Executive to own strategic relationships with large, multi-location accounts. You will lead account planning, drive solutions selling, and coordinate diverse Arrow teams to meet objectives and grow margins.

The role is fully remote within the United States, with travel to Arrow offices as requested by leadership. Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of related experience with a 4 year degree, or 8 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent related experience.
• Expert in own function with ability to lead strategic accounts and negotiate effectively.
• Willingness to travel to Arrow offices as needed.

Responsibilities

• Account Management: create selling opportunities within critical, large, multi-location Arrow customers through strategic plans and processes.
• Quotations and Contract Negotiations: plan, manage and oversee RFQs and contract negotiations.
• Relationships: develop influential relationships at manager, senior management and C-level levels; coordinate with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
• This role includes participation in a sales compensation plan with variable OTE.
