Arrow Electronics in San Jose, CA is seeking a Key Account Executive to drive sales within large, multi-location accounts. You will manage strategic accounts, develop long-term plans, and lead negotiations while coordinating with sales support, service, and management resources.

You will build influential relationships at the C-level, leverage supplier networks, and pursue long-term value solutions. The role includes travel and a hybrid schedule with in-office Mondays in the San Jose area.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of related experience including building influential customer relationships
• Experience with Aerospace and Defense customers strongly preferred
• Experience working with distribution in complex major accounts
• Hunter mentality and ability to travel up to 30%

Responsabilités

• Account management for large, multi-location Arrow customers through strategic sales plan
• Lead strategic account planning with mutual objectives and milestones
• Manage RFQs and contract negotiations within Arrow guidelines
• Coordinate cross-functional involvement to meet account objectives
• Develop relationships with senior management and executives at key accounts
