Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a seasoned Key Account Executive to act as the sole contact for large, multi-location customers and to drive strategic account plans. You will manage RFQs and contract negotiations, coordinating across Arrow's sales, services, and management resources to meet objectives.

The role emphasizes executive relationship development, strategic planning, and solutions selling to maximize margins. Remote work is possible with travel to Arrow offices as needed.

Qualifications

• 12 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 8 years with an advanced degree; or equivalent related experience.
• Expert in own area within the organization; specialized depth/breadth of expertise.
• Able to interpret business issues and propose best practices; solves complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SPOC for large, multi-location Arrow customers and drive strategic relationships with top management.
• Develop strategic account plans to meet financial targets and milestones; manage RFQs and contract negotiations.
• Coordinate with sales support, services, and management resources to meet account objectives.
• Build executive-level relationships across marketing, product, manufacturing, and purchasing teams.
• Participate in a sales compensation plan with variable OTE tied to goals.
