Job summary

Storage Solutions is seeking a senior Key Account Project Manager in Dallas, TX to drive complex customer projects and key account initiatives. You will partner with Key Account Managers to coordinate cross-functional teams, develop tailored solutions, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will support customer-facing meetings, travel to sites and headquarters, and maintain strong relationships with vendors and customers across North America.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum 5 years of project management, account support, or related experience.
• Industry certifications are beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support Key Account Managers in overseeing projects across assigned strategic accounts.
• Serve as a day-to-day liaison between the customer, Key Account Manager, and internal teams.
• Maintain a strong understanding of customer priorities, account plans, and industry offerings.
• Partner with Key Account Managers to assess customer needs and help develop tailored solutions.
• Support customer-facing meetings, site visits, and presentations with Key Account Managers as needed, including regular travel to customer jobsites and headquarters.
• Responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and aligned to customer expectations.
• Coordinate internal resources and external partners to support smooth execution across multiple account initiatives.
• Assist in developing proposals, presentations, and customer-facing materials for key accounts.
