Job summary

Storage Solutions in Kansas City, MO, is seeking a senior Key Account Project Manager in the Implementation Department to support complex customer projects for strategic accounts.

You will partner with Key Account Managers on calls, develop tailored solutions, manage timelines and budgets, and coordinate across sales, operations, and vendors to ensure successful delivery.

Travel to customer sites and headquarters is required, with a focus on quality customer experience and proactive communication.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum 5 years of project management, account support, or related experience.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing complex customer projects.

Responsibilities

• Support Key Account Managers in overseeing projects across assigned strategic accounts.
• Serve as day-to-day liaison between customer, Key Account Manager, and internal teams.
• Maintain understanding of customer priorities, account plans, and industry offerings.
• Partner with KAMs to assess customer needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Support customer-facing meetings, site visits, and presentations with KAMs.
