Storage Solutions – A Jungheinrich Company in Atlanta, GA is seeking a senior Key Account Project Manager to coordinate complex customer projects within strategic accounts, partnering with Key Account Managers on calls, needs analysis, solution development, and proposal preparation to drive successful delivery.

You will serve as a critical liaison across customers, sales, project management, and internal operations, ensuring on-time delivery, within budget, and high-quality customer experience

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum 5 years of project management, account support, or related experience.
• Proven ability to manage complex customer projects and cross-functional teams.
• Travel to customer sites and headquarters as needed.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Key Account Managers in overseeing projects across assigned strategic accounts.
• Serve as day-to-day liaison between the customer, Key Account Manager, and internal teams.
• Maintain an understanding of customer priorities and account plans.
• Develop tailored solutions with KAMs.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Coordinate internal resources and external partners for multi-account initiatives.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and customer-facing materials.
• Track scope, schedule, risks, and changes.
