Job summary

Storage Solutions – A Jungheinrich Company in Kansas City, MO seeks a senior-level Key Account Project Manager to support strategic projects for major accounts. You will partner with Key Account Managers, coordinate internal resources, and ensure delivery on time and within budget.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration with sales, operations, and vendors while maintaining detailed plans and proactive communication. Travel to client sites is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum 5 years of project management, account support, or related experience.
• Strong communication, budgeting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience coordinating with sales, project management, and operations teams.
• Experience with AI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Key Account Managers in development and execution of strategic projects.
• Coordinate internal resources and external partners to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain detailed project plans and track scope, schedule, and risks.
• Assist in proposals, presentations, and customer-facing materials.
• Travel periodically to customer sites and headquarters.
