Storage Solutions – A Jungheinrich Company. is seeking a senior-level Key Account Project Manager to support strategic accounts and coordinate complex customer projects.

This role partners with Key Account Managers on calls, needs analysis, solution development, and ongoing project execution to deliver high-quality outcomes. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional collaboration across sales, project management, and operations, with regular travel to customer sites and headquarters.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management, account support, or related experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across customers and projects.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and headquarters as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support Key Account Managers in overseeing projects across assigned strategic accounts.
• Serve as a day-to-day liaison between the customer, Key Account Manager, and internal teams.
• Maintain understanding of customer priorities and account plans.
• Assist in developing proposals, presentations, and customer-facing materials.
• Track scope, schedule, risks, and changes; keep managers informed.
