Storage Solutions – A Jungheinrich Company is seeking a Key Account Project Manager in Nashville, TN to support senior account managers in coordinating complex projects for strategic customers. You will partner with sales and operations to ensure timely delivery, accurate budgeting, and excellent customer experience across multiple accounts.

The role requires 5+ years in project management or account support, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Smartsheet and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum 5 years of project management or account support experience.
• Experience supporting complex customer projects across multiple accounts.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and support cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Serve as a day-to-day liaison between customers, KAMs, and internal teams.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and status updates.
• Gather requirements and assist in proposal development for key accounts.
• Support customer meetings, site visits, and presentations with KAMs, including travel as needed.
• Identify risks and work with KAMs on mitigation plans.
