Storage Solutions - A Jungheinrich Company is seeking a senior-level Key Account Project Manager in Nashville, TN. The role supports Key Account Managers in developing, coordinating, and executing complex customer projects for strategic accounts.

You will partner with KAMs on customer calls, needs analysis, solution development, and proposal preparation, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and high-quality customer experiences.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum 5 years of project management, account support, or related experience.
• Experience coordinating complex customer projects and key accounts.
• Travel to customer sites and headquarters as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support Key Account Managers in overseeing projects across assigned strategic accounts.
• Serve as a day-to-day liaison between the customer, KAM, and internal teams.
• Maintain understanding of customer priorities, account plans, and industry offerings.
• Help develop tailored solutions and assist in proposals, presentations.
• Coordinate internal resources and external partners for multi-account execution.
• Track scope, schedule, risks, and changes, updating progress to KAMs.
