You will partner with Key Account Managers on customer calls, proposals, and site visits to ensure timely, on-budget project execution.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in project management or account support, strong coordination skills, and a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management, account support, or related experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across customers, projects, and internal teams.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Support Key Account Managers in overseeing projects across strategic accounts.
• Coordinate internal resources and external partners for multi-account initiatives.
• Assist in developing proposals, presentations, and customer-facing materials.
• Track scope, schedule, risks, and changes while keeping managers informed.
• Travel to customer sites and headquarters as needed, with overnight stays.
