Job summary

Storage Solutions is seeking a senior-level Key Account Project Manager in Westfield, IN to support account managers across strategic projects. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, develop proposals, and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery for high-value accounts.

The role requires 5+ years in PM or account support, strong communication skills, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. Travel to customer sites and headquarters is expected as part of project execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management, account support, or related experience.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Industry certifications are beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support Key Account Managers in overseeing projects across assigned strategic accounts.
• Serve as a day-to-day liaison between the customer, Key Account Manager, and internal teams.
• Maintain an understanding of customer priorities and account plans.
• Assist in developing proposals, presentations, and customer-facing materials.
• Coordinate internal resources and external partners to support project execution.
• Track scope, schedule, risks, and changes and keep stakeholders informed.
