You will manage risk, champion continuous improvement, and translate customer goals into internal plans. Remote role with travel expected; minimum base salary $100,000 plus variable pay.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required.
• Minimum 8+ years of progressive experience in strategic account management or related leadership roles.
• Proven success managing complex portfolios with multi-million-dollar revenues.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans that drive retention and revenue growth.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships and act as trusted advisor.
• Lead business reviews and QBRs to evaluate performance and align strategy.
• Partner with customers to develop growth roadmaps and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue expansion opportunities across services and geographies.
• Own account KPIs and deliver insights to improve financial results.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Finance, IT, and Implementation teams for outcomes.
• Translate customer goals into actionable internal plans and resource alignment.
• Champion digital transformation and technology-enabled solutions for value and efficiency.
• Monitor account health and implement proactive risk mitigation.
• Drive account forecasting, revenue planning, and strategic growth initiatives.
