Qualifications

• Experience with supply chain management, transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
• Fluent in English, strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for key accounts and manage relationships.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure service quality and billing accuracy.
• Lead client onboarding, implementation, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Support contract and rate negotiations and identify upselling opportunities.
• Provide market insights to predict and manage market challenges.
