Responsibilities

• Manage and grow key accounts across the DSV network.
• Serve as primary contact for defined accounts and build relationships at all levels.
• Collaborate across divisions to expand share of wallet and optimize pricing
• Lead onboarding, implementation, and ongoing client service.
• Monitor KPIs, data quality, billing days and AR performance.
• Support contract and rate negotiations; identify upsell opportunities.
• Provide business reviews and market insights to clients.
• Travel as necessary.
