Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for key accounts as defined by management.
• Penetrate customer organization to build relationships at all levels.
• Coordinate across DSV network to grow share of wallet.
• Ensure rates are current and communicated to OPS.
• Provide clients with market insights to predict market changes.
• Lead client onboarding and implementation.
• Oversee day-to-day operational activities, identify risks and gaps.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across stakeholders.
• Monitor performance against KPIs and SLA.
• Conduct effective client business reviews.
