Job summary

DSV Air & Sea Inc. in Indiana seeks an experienced Operational Key Account Manager to manage and grow strategic accounts across our logistics network.

You will coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure service quality, optimize rates, and lead onboarding and implementation. The role requires strong communication, 5+ years in key account mgmt in transport/logistics, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in key account management in transportation and logistics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with supply chain management, transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for key accounts and manage relationships across the network.
• Oversee day-to-day operational activities and coordinate with internal teams to meet client needs.
• Lead client onboarding and implementation, and identify upsell opportunities.
• Monitor performance against KPIs and SLA commitments and report to clients.
• Develop account plans and negotiate contracts and rates with clients.
