Job summary

Henkel's Adhesive Technologies unit seeks a Key Account Manager for Structural Solutions in Seattle. In this role, you will execute sales plans, develop customer roadmaps, and drive loyalty through strong partnerships and effective coordination with technical teams.

Ideal candidates have a Civil/Structural Engineering background, 3+ years in consulting engineering, and a drive to learn sales. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil or Structural Engineering; PE accreditation desirable.
• 3+ years as a Consulting Engineer in structural engineering.
• Interest in learning sales and serving clients.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales plans and strategy with focus on existing and new customers.
• Develop action plans per customer roadmap to build loyalty.
• Meet sales targets in territory and defined accounts.
• Maintain customer relationships and implement feedback.
• Coordinate with technical teams on line trials and customer requests.
