Job summary

IDEX CVI is seeking a remote Key Account Manager based in the United States. You will manage MSS opportunities with top North American accounts, align customer roadmaps to our production and introduce new products, driving accelerated growth across optics, laser machining and mechatronics.

The role requires 3+ years in a technical sales role, strong communication, and ability to work across cross-functional teams to deliver on opportunities and forecasts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a technically oriented sales role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High technical fluency in semiconductor metrology/inspection tools, optics, or related processing.

Responsibilities

• Identify and grow opportunities within key accounts for MSS.
• Lead MEDDPICC and 80/20 processes for requests and quotes.
• Drive upselling by introducing new technologies or services.
• Align customer roadmaps with production capacities and schedules.
• Maintain 12-month rolling demand forecasts for materials and capacity.
• Serve as escalation point for customer concerns and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
