Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain management or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of key account management in transportation/logistics preferred.
• Experience with supply chain management, transportation, warehousing and distribution.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem solving and decision making skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of transportation and logistics industry trends and best practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

Responsibilities

• Account Management: act as primary contact for key accounts and grow share of wallet.
• Operational Execution: oversee day-to-day activities and ensure data quality KPIs.
• Performance Review: monitor client performance and conduct business reviews.
• Strategic Focus: facilitate contract/rate negotiations and identify opportunities.
• Travel as necessary to support client needs.
