Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow key accounts as primary contact; collaborate with branch & regional teams.
• Lead client onboarding and implementation; maintain current rates and disclosures.
• Monitor KPIs, data quality and billing; support client reporting and reviews.
• Develop account plans and identify opportunities; drive cost savings for clients.
