Job summary

DSV - Global transport and logistics in USA is seeking an Operational Key Account Manager to steward and grow strategic client relationships within the Air & Sea division. You will coordinate with clients and internal teams to optimize shipments, service levels, and cost efficiency.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of key account management in transportation/logistics, with strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain management or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in key account management in transportation/logistics preferred.
• Experience with supply chain management, transportation, warehousing and distribution.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for key accounts as defined by branch- and regional management.
• Penetrate customer’s organization to identify and build relationships at all levels.
• Oversee day-to-day operational activities, identify risks and service gaps.
• Lead client onboarding and implementation.
• Facilitate contract and rate negotiations and develop account plans.
• Monitor performance against KPIs and SLAs and ensure client reporting requirements.
