DSV Air & Sea Inc. is hiring a Global Operations Key Account Manager in the United States to manage and grow key client relationships, overseeing the operational aspects of shipments and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.

You will lead cross-functional efforts across the network, ensure data accuracy, and drive improvements in service levels and cost efficiency. This role emphasizes client onboarding, contract support, and proactive solution development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain management or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in key account management in transportation and logistics preferred.
• Experience with supply chain management, transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for key accounts as defined by branch- and regional management.
• Penetrate customer’s organization to identify and build relationships at all levels.
• Work across DSV’s network and divisions to maintain and grow share of wallet.
• Lead client onboarding and implementation.
• Oversee day-to-day operational activities, identify risks, pain points and service gaps.
• Head up and respond to spot quote requests; identify upselling opportunities.
