This role involves managing service implementations, coordinating operations, and ensuring adherence to SOPs while monitoring account performance and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience in the industry, or a related service industry.
• Minimum one-year operational experience in the service(s) the account utilizes.
• Professional certification may be required in some areas.

Responsabilités

• Lead implementation of new services in collaboration with teams.
• Maintain and assess Standard Operational Procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor account for timely payments and assist with collections.
• Manage and lead business reviews on a quarterly basis.
