Qualifications

• Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets in B2B construction markets.
• Experience managing strategic accounts and long-term relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• On-site field presence with ability to travel to job sites and events.
• Familiarity with concrete accessories or related construction products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop account plans and manage key accounts across Cast-In-Place and Precast channels.
• Conduct regular customer visits and present product solutions with proposals.
• Negotiate pricing and terms within company guidelines; coordinate with internal teams.
• Maintain CRM records, generate forecasts and reports; track market activity.
• Represent the company at industry events and customer meetings; travel as required.
