Custom Concrete, based in Ohio, seeks a Single Family Construction Account Manager for Cincinnati. This full-time role manages client relationships, drives sales growth, estimates projects, coordinates with operations, and reviews blueprints from initial estimate to completion.

Qualifications

• Sales experience, preferably in construction, building materials, concrete, or related industries.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships and close business.
• Experience reviewing construction drawings, blueprints, or site plans.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable managing a territory.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of residential construction or concrete foundations is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, developers, and homeowners.
• Generate new business opportunities and expand existing customer accounts.
• Prepare and present project estimates and proposals.
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and project specifications.
• Coordinate with operations, scheduling, and field teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Conduct customer visits and jobsite walkthroughs.
• Stay current on market trends and competitive activity.
• Meet or exceed sales and revenue goals.
• Serve as a trusted resource throughout the construction process.
