Zusammenfassung

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Key Account Executive in Illinois to manage large, multi-location Arrow customers as the SPOC, driving strategic account plans and value-based solutions. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to meet objectives and negotiate contracts with major accounts, leveraging your deep IT services expertise and OEM/partner networks.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 8–12 years of related experience with a 4 year degree, or 8 years and an advanced degree.
• Strong understanding of the IT channel ecosystem and how it adds value in a solution-selling approach.
• Demonstrated success developing trusted relationships with senior stakeholders up to C-suite and using those relationships to drive mutual business outcomes.
• Experience selling IT services and translating technical capabilities into customer outcomes.

Aufgaben

• Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for large, multi-location Arrow customers.
• Lead strategic account planning with mutual objectives, targets, and milestones.
• Execute on solutions selling leveraging Arrow’s supply chain and design capabilities.
• Coordinate involvement of Arrow personnel across sales support and management resources to meet objectives.
• Review and negotiate significant contracts and RFQs, ensuring terms align with Arrow guidelines.
• Develop influential relationships at senior management and C-level with accounts and suppliers.
