Job summary

Arrow Electronics seeks a Key Account Executive I to manage large multi-location accounts as the single point of contact, driving strategic plans and solution selling. You will coordinate with sales support and management, focusing on high-visibility customers and favorable margins.

You’ll negotiate contracts, build executive relationships, and leverage Arrow’s supply chain solutions. Travel up to 30% and a hybrid work arrangement are required.

Qualifications

• Build influential relationships with decision makers at large accounts.
• Execute strategic account plans and multi-location opportunities.
• Negotiate RFQs and significant contracts with enterprise customers.
• Proven track record with Aerospace & Defense customers preferred.
• Experience with distribution in complex major accounts.

Responsibilities

• Create selling opportunities within strategic accounts using a structured sales process.
• Lead cross-functional coordination with sales support, service, and management to meet objectives.
• Develop senior-level relationships and drive long-term value for Arrow and customers.
• Manage a territory up to $125 million and optimize margins through value solutions.
