• Understand complex backend execution and translate data into clear ROI updates for clients.
• Manage the entire lifecycle of client meetings: prep, lead, and delegate action items to technical teams.
• Read the room and adapt with executive summaries or deep-dive technical breakdowns as needed.
• Anticipate questions and set a cadence so clients feel momentum.
• Coordinate dozens of technical conversations using Slack and PM tools.
