Level Agency, a Canada-based, fully remote-capable AI-powered marketing partner, seeks a Senior Strategy Director to steer strategic direction across priority accounts. You’ll guide discovery, craft briefs, and align media, creative, CRM, and analytics toward unified business outcomes.

The role requires delivering growth diagnoses, setting priorities, and enabling cross-team collaboration to ensure every action drives clear intent and measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Define strategic direction for priority accounts and align teams to business objectives.
• Develop growth roadmaps and measurable success metrics.
• Own strategy briefs covering objectives, audience insights, and channels.
• Lead audience, market, and competitive insights to inform recommendations.
• Shape channel strategy and investment logic across media, CRM, SEO, and web.
• Present strategic recommendations and secure buy-in from senior stakeholders.
• Foster cross-disciplinary alignment to ensure execution follows the strategic framework.
