Job summary

Power Digital is seeking a senior growth marketer to lead a portfolio of 4–6 CPG accounts, focusing on both DTC and retail strategies and leveraging Nova/Iris platforms.

You will own client relationships, diagnose growth constraints, and collaborate with paid, SEO, content, influencer, and creative teams to deliver data-driven, revenue-generating strategies. Hybrid/remote options available.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in CPG marketing, ideally with both DTC and retail brand experience.
• Understands how Amazon fits into a CPG growth strategy — share of search, ASIN architecture, buy box, sponsored vs. organic balance
• Fluent in upper-funnel channel strategy — content, SEO, YouTube, programmatic
• Track record of retaining and growing accounts and managing senior clients

Responsibilities

• Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes
• Coordinate paid, SEO, content, influencer, and creative teams around a single account strategy
• Own the senior client relationship and drive renewals and expansion
• Coach analysts and specialists; provide timely feedback
• Build multi-threaded relationships with multiple client contacts to reduce risk
