Job summary

Brick Social is a performance marketing agency for e-commerce and DTC brands, seeking a remote creative lead to steer strategy across up to eight accounts. You’ll craft angle maps, testing roadmaps and hypotheses, and direct the brief-to-launch process with your pod.

You’ll read performance data, distinguish between a weak hook and a weak offer, and embed an AI-first workflow using ChatGPT or Claude for research and QA. The package includes base pay plus profit share and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Agency-side experience managing creative for 4–8 ecomm brands simultaneously.
• Ability to read performance data and differentiate hooks from offers.
• Experience with AI-driven research, scripting and QA.

Responsibilities

• Own creative strategy for up to 8 DTC accounts including angle maps and testing roadmaps.
• Manage the brief-to-launch machine, writing scripts and briefs for your pod.
• Run the UGC engine, directing creators and selecting footage for editors.
