Job summary

Brilliant is seeking a full-time Account Director to lead our largest integrated accounts from strategy through delivery. You’ll drive client relationships, guide creative direction, and coordinate across PR, influencer, affiliate, paid media, and events in a fast-moving, remote team.

You’ll mentor staff, own budgets, and deliver results with a focus on ROI and staying ahead of trends in consumer and family spaces. AI tools and new platforms should be part of your daily toolkit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 8+ years of agency experience in consumer, lifestyle or CPG space.
• Hands-on experience as day-to-day client lead with multi-project ownership.
• Experience managing and developing people across teams.
• Working knowledge across earned media, influencer, affiliate, paid media and events.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior day-to-day contact on the agency's largest integrated accounts.
• Provide ongoing strategic counsel that builds client trust.
• Present recommendations, plans and results to client leadership.
• Own the health of the account, including scope, budget and renewal conversations.
