Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Sr Mgr IT Vendor Management to lead governance, performance, and value realization across strategic technology vendors for DePuy Synthes. You will partner with Technology, Sourcing, Procurement, Finance, Legal, and Cybersecurity to drive strategy, negotiations, and risk mitigation.

The role requires 10+ years in IT vendor management and a track record of leading global vendor programs. Location options include multiple U.S. sites; relocation may apply.

Competenze

• 10+ years of IT vendor management, strategic sourcing, technology services, or related disciplines, with increasing leadership responsibility.
• Demonstrated experience leading strategic technology vendor relationships within a large, global, or matrixed organization.
• Demonstrated experience establishing vendor governance structures and managing vendor performance through SLAs, KPIs, scorecards, service reviews, and executive governance.
• Strong understanding of technology service-delivery models including managed services, cloud, infrastructure, applications, and professional services.
• Strong commercial acumen and demonstrated experience influencing contract negotiations, renewals, sourcing decisions, cost optimization, and value realization.
• Experience identifying and managing vendor-related operational, financial, cybersecurity, compliance, and service-delivery risks.
• Ability to synthesize vendor performance, risks, financials, and commercial considerations into clear recommendations for senior Technology and business leaders.
• Demonstrated ability to influence across Technology, Sourcing, Procurement, Finance, Legal, and external partners in a complex organizational environment.
• Demonstrated people leadership experience, including coaching, performance management, talent development, and building vendor-management capabilities.
• Strong negotiation, executive communication, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Language: Fluent in English; travel: up to 10–20%, domestic and international, based on business needs.
• Certifications: ITIL, vendor/supplier management, sourcing, contract management, or project management certification preferred.

Mansioni

• Define and lead the strategic vendor management approach across Technology Services, establishing governance, processes, performance expectations, relationship models, and reporting across the technology vendor portfolio.
• Establish and manage strategic vendor relationships aligned with business priorities, technology strategy, service requirements, and financial objectives, building long-term partnerships.
• Lead end-to-end governance of strategic technology vendors across vendor selection, onboarding, performance management, renewals, and exits.
• Drive strategic collaboration with key technology partners to identify opportunities that improve services and technology outcomes.
• Establish and lead vendor governance forums, QBRs, and executive reviews using SLAs, KPIs, scorecards, and risk indicators.
• Partner with IT service owners, Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Finance, Legal, Cybersecurity to develop vendor strategies aligned with roadmaps and priorities.
• Provide leadership for vendor and contract decisions, including sourcing events, negotiations, and contract optimization.
• Drive cost optimization and value realization across the vendor portfolio.
• Monitor supplier performance against commitments and drive corrective actions and improvements.
• Establish governance for vendor risk and mitigate operational, financial, cybersecurity, and compliance risks.
• Lead vendor performance reporting with actionable insights for technology and business leaders.
• Drive cross-vendor improvements to reduce complexity and improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with Finance to strengthen visibility into spend and realized value.
• Develop scalable vendor-management processes, governance standards, templates, and tools.
• Serve as senior escalation point for major issues and ensure timely resolution.
