Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Sr Mgr IT Vendor Management in the DePuy Synthes organization. The role oversees governance, performance, value, and risk management for strategic tech vendors, partnering with Technology leaders, Sourcing, Procurement, and Finance to align vendor relationships with priorities.

The position requires 10+ years in IT vendor management, strong negotiation skills, and experience with SLAs, KPIs, and executive governance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field required.
• Master’s degree or MBA preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Define and lead the strategic vendor management approach across Technology Services, establishing governance and reporting.
• Lead end-to-end governance of strategic technology vendors across vendor selection, onboarding, performance management, renewals, and exits.
• Drive commercial value, cost optimization, and value realization across the vendor portfolio.
